  • The return request must be made within 3 days of delivery

  • Items that are used, damaged after use, or not in original condition are not eligible for return

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share clear photos or videos of the damaged product

  • After verification, we will offer a replacement or refund

💸 Refunds

Once your return is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • The amount will be credited to your original payment method

🚚 Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

  • Customers may need to bear return shipping costs (if applicable)

❌ Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:
